How to use this website

This is version 0.4 of the tutorial on how to make your way around this website.

Who should join this virtual intentional community: This website is designed for people who are not ready to commit to taking any sort of action. They want to do more research and investigation to decide whether they can believe in all of the "hype" people disseminate about life purpose and living meaningful lives. They experience feelings of doubt, concern, and skepticism. Their questions take the form of "Why should I ..." and "How do I know ..." If you are ready to do more research and investigation on the resources that are available to help you live a more purposeful and meaningful life, then you should visit Self Actualization Resource.

The main menu navigation appears below the site name and slogan. It is a dropdown menu system. On the front page, the right side of the window displays recent activity in the forums and blogs. The bottom of the window contains secondary links. Secondary links are parts of the website that you will likely visit only once or very infrequently. Note that registered users have the ability to choose from different themes and control whether they see certain blocks.

I would suggest that you start your visit to this site by visiting the Forums. You are in one of the forum topics right now.

You may determine where you are in the website by looking at the "breadcrumbs." Breadcrumbs appear in the header of the page just below the site name and slogan. You will notice that the breadcrumbs now list Home> Forums> User Support> Guidelines for use. The breadcrumbs also provide you with a means to navigate the site; they are "hotlinked."
